First, we will view your property and assess its rental market value. We will then register, document and photograph your property, add it to our portfolio and publish it. We will take care of the entire rental process starting with availability charts, closing of rental agreements, financial matters such as rents, deposits, running costs or clarifying liabilities in case of a tenant’s cancellation.
TERRA ITALIA runs the entire rental process for you. We are the first point of contact for your tenants in case of a complaint or if questions regarding the property arise. In order to ensure the property is maintained to a certain standard, we will carry out control visits on a regular basis. In the event of a tenant causing any damage to your property, we will put it right and settle the claim.
