The olive trees are cultivated and produce the delicious local olive oil Taggiasca.

Electricity mains are in place on the boundary line and the nearest access point to fresh water is some 1.5 km away (optional above the ground pipe).
The mountain village Perinaldo sits majestically on a hilltop, some 572 m above sea level and is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and woodland. A network of hiking routes and mountain roads invites to explore the Ligurian hinterland. Sanremo, Menton and Monte Carlo are some 50 minutes away and the international airport Nice can be reached within the hour. Perinaldo and its neighbouring villages San Biagio and Soldano all have a good infra structure with a selection of restaurants and shopping facilities.
